What are cookies?
Cookies are text files that are sent to and stored on the user’s computer. Cookies do not harm users’ computers or files. They are used to collect information such as the pages that the user has loaded and the user’s browser type, operating system and browsing times.
If you want to, you can disable cookies through your browser’s settings. However, disabling cookies may result in some services slowing down or some websites becoming entirely inaccessible. For example, using the webshop requires that you have cookies enabled.
Website analytics
We use cookies on our website to provide services, carry out targeted marketing and improve the user experience. Further information about applications that use cookies on our website is presented below.
Google Analytics
The Google Analytics application uses cookies to create statistics and analyses regarding the usage of the website. Cookies collect anonymous information about the traffic on the website. Such information cannot be connected to individual persons.
Google Signals
We have activated Google Signals in Google Analytics, which enables cross-device activity tracking and personalized advertising. This means that we collect information such as location, search history, YouTube history, and activities on our site so that we can better tailor our ads and services to our users' needs and interests. Information is only collected if the user has accepted personalized advertising in their Google account and the setting of marketing cookies on the website. The stored information is always summarized and anonymous.
Google Signals help us to better evaluate user behavior, wishes and interests in order to optimize and customize our products and services. By default, this data expires after 26 months. Users can manage or delete their data in their Google account and change their consent to personalized advertising in the Google account settings.
HubSpot
HubSpot is a marketing automation application that uses cookies to collect information about how users use our website. The cookies provide information about the activities of users who submit their contact information on the website, such as the pages that the user reads and the number of visits.

Grano also uses information collected about the usage of the website, so-called commercial cookies, in order to produce marketing targeted to specific browsers. The information is used to create target group segments based on which websites certain browsers have visited during a specific time period. Based on the target group segments, users receive advertising that is likely to be relevant to their interests. This enables Grano to show current and useful advertising messages to users.
